Now we’re getting somewhere. bOINGbOING comes across with a story today on a Danish unit that’s released a beer recipe under a Creative Commons license. I’ve always toyed with the idea of brewing my own beer, but when I had the time and freedom to do it (college), I was living in a house subject to wild swings in temperature, which is not good for brewing. I suppose now I could have a setup in the basement, which is relatively stable, temp-wise. I’ve got enough empty New Glarus bottles sitting around now to bottle a couple batches of beer, probably.
