Doesn&#8217;t Carhartt make underwear for little girls?  <\/p>\n<p>Even more distressing is the thought of Ava and Leah off shopping together.  Where, I ask you, is the voice of reason in <em>that <\/em>duo?  Maybe Ava will rebel against her mother&#8217;s devotion to uncomfortable shoes and designer jeans.
