{"id":546,"date":"2006-10-13T09:54:56","date_gmt":"2006-10-13T14:54:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nicheplayer.net\/wordpress\/?p=546"},"modified":"2006-10-13T09:54:56","modified_gmt":"2006-10-13T14:54:56","slug":"more-pee-pee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nicheplayer.net\/avablog\/2006\/10\/13\/more-pee-pee\/","title":{"rendered":"*More* pee pee"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well, you hear rumors about how bathroom-centric your world becomes when you have a kid, but like everything else about having a kid, you don&#8217;t really <em>get <\/em>it until you live it.<\/p>\n<p>Ava&#8217;s on a roll with her potty training.\u00c2\u00a0 It seems like we&#8217;ve rounded a bend in terms of getting her to think about using the potty at certain times (after breakfast, before bed, etc.).\u00c2\u00a0 Actually, this has all seemed pretty easy.\u00c2\u00a0 Most everything we&#8217;d heard and read said not to attach a lot of pressure to this process, so we haven&#8217;t.\u00c2\u00a0 We figured Ava would take to the potty when she was ready, and it looks like she&#8217;s ready.<\/p>\n<p>Whether this trend will last is unknown.\u00c2\u00a0 We <em>do <\/em>make a big deal out of those times when she does successfully go to the bathroom, and she does seem to enjoy all the attention (not to mention the stickers she gets for her &#8220;potty sheet&#8221; on the fridge).\u00c2\u00a0 Still no #2, but I assume that&#8217;s coming up&#8230;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well, you hear rumors about how bathroom-centric your world becomes when you have a kid, but like everything else about having a kid, you don&#8217;t really get it until you live it.
