So we had my brother the architect over the other day to talk about plans and take some measurements.\u00c2\u00a0 I fed him gazpacho and porter in exchange for his time.\u00c2\u00a0 Our very base requirement is that we get another bedroom and one more bath into the design somewhere (raising the roof has been mentioned as a possibility). We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122d like very much to maintain the home\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s original charm and asthetic through this process, which shouldn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t be so difficult. We have a wish list, too, of things we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122d love to have, time and money permitting.<\/p>\n
We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve set up a meeting with the bank on Saturday, and I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve already called one builder to see if we might fit into his schedule anytime in the near future.\u00c2\u00a0 It’s entirely possible that either of these two parties could crush our fledgling dream, in which case I suppose we’ll think about moving.\u00c2\u00a0 Someday.<\/p>\n
