In addition to all the other ways there are to enjoy this fruit, new to me this year were these little chips:<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Tomato\" href=\"http:\/\/static.flickr.com\/87\/228393554_dae88df141.jpg\"> <\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><a title=\"Tomato\" href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/static.flickr.com\/87\/228393554_dae88df141.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Tomato\" title=\"Tomato\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/static.flickr.com\/87\/228393554_dae88df141_m.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Dried tomato slices.  And oh my, are they delicious.  Imagine crossing a sun-dried tomato with a potato chip.  Or a piece of beef jerky and a tomato.  You get the idea.  There&#8217;s a guy who sells them at our local farmer&#8217;s markets.  I don&#8217;t know exactly how he does it, but I suspect it&#8217;s nothing fancier than a home dehydrator.
