Hey there, unborn baby.

\nWell, yesterday your mom and I took some more pictures of her burgeoning belly. Ava wasn’t happy about it. She fussed a bit, insisting that I already have enough pictures of your mom. Lord knows that’s true. But the thing is, unborn baby, that I like to take pictures of your mom. What’s more, your mom wants <\/em>me to take pictures of her while she’s pregnant, since this is going to be her last go ’round. And, really, who wouldn’t want pictures like this:<\/p>\n

Ava eventually came around. In fact, she ran downstairs to get her own camera and snapped a couple pics herself.<\/p>\n

In other news, I felt you rolling around in your mom’s belly again last night. I think I must’ve touched a knee or your little bum; whatever it was was kind of hard. Maybe even your head? Anyway, damn <\/em>that’s a weird feeling. You still have a while to develop in there, and I sure hope you don’t get too big. You poor mama is so small, and her belly just gets bigger and bigger and bigger! When you arrive, she won’t be thinking of everything she went through to have you, but that process will always be a good thing for you to keep in mind as you grow up, particularly on that evening in 2025 when you’re telling her what a jerk she is for not letting you stay out all night with your friends.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
