The new wall decals<\/a> that Leah purchased for Ava’s room:<\/p>\n

\nLeah was eager to get these on the wall tonight. Or, rather, she was eager for me to get them on the wall for her. “Surely you shouldn’t be buying things that you aren’t able to figure out for yourself,” I offered, to no small amount of disdain. <\/p>\n

“Cindy’s husband always puts stuff up like this for her!”<\/p>\n

“Then call Cindy’s husband!”<\/p>\n

Minutes later, I was hard at work rolling these things up on Ava’s wall. What mama wants, mama gets. I figure Leah must’ve picked up this idea from our friend Cindy, who follows interior design trends much more closely than I ever do. If she was the one who planted this wall decal idea in Leah’s head, I’ll have to see about getting her back, somehow.<\/p>\n

Ava was dying to help, so we let her put a couple little leftover clusters up on the wall in her closet, out of sight. She was pleased. Both of the women of the house happy at the same time? That’s unpossible!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
