That is an amazing lens (with an equally amazing price tag). I will check out the website. Have you bought the minivan yet? For almost the same price you could have the new 7D and the 85 1.2L.
Great, your camera will cost almost as much as your car. I’m looking for a deal on the same lens right now. 7D is on it’s way. the 85 1.2L is great, but kids move too much. I have a feeling most of my pics would be out of focus.

No, no minivan. Ended up with a RAV-4, which seems nice enough.
I’m going to jump straight to the 5D Mark II, I think. And maybe the Canon 24-70 f/2.8 L. Sound OK?
