My sister and brother-in-law were just here with their 11 month old baby and he was commenting on a similar thing - one just can not imagine the strength of love you have for your kid before it happens. <br><br>On another note, I finished the book Gilead recently. It is one of the most beautiful books I have ever read. This post reminded me of that book because Gilead is an older father writing to his young son. I am sure that when the grown-up Ava reads this she will be touched beyond belief.
