I admit, Kim, that I get a lot of joy out of capturing Ava as she revels in things I used to love doing when I was her age. A hope is that someday she looks at these and understands how much I loved seeing her happy.

i didn't mean to be critical of the 'cute' comments either - i wasn't even paying attention to them - just the shot. sorry if i sounded like some pretentious dork.

this shot captures way more than just a cute picture of ava - not that there's anything wrong with "just" a cute picture of ava. but this is essential childhood, captured. brilliant.

Now that is just too darned cute. :)

Thanks, Denny. I'm a sucker for kids jumping into leaves, especially my kid (and my leaves). Should've used the fiddy for this, but the Sigma held up all right.
