Moment of cuteness

What a gray, dreary day here! They’re talking about the “S” word, possibly, for this weekend, which isn’t doing much for my mood. Time for a pick-me-up:

Ava spent a couple hours with her Gramary the other day, during which time this photo was taken (by Gramary). I swear sometimes Ava is part duck (on Leah’s side, of course).

    I’m telling you … this rain and wind we’re having today is for the birds. April showers is one thing … this is another. I just had to pick Emily and a friend of hers up from preschool. It’s about 150 yards from the parking lot to the door. Doesn’t seem like much, it’s longer than a football field … with a four year old, three year old and two year old. GOOD TIMES!

    Not as good as this weekend though … we have Jake’s first baseball tournament. And Drew’s first soccer game and his first football game … I can deal with the “S” word for soccer and football … but baseball … in this weather????? MORE GOOD TIMES!
